Collective wisdom is the idea that we arrive closer to the truth by creating theories, disagreeing, coming up with new theories, etc. We start out with the Torah, the Bible and the Koran, with their version of the truth. Soon science comes along, with theories of evolution, relativity and Heliocentrism. Peppered throughout history you have Philosophers, pondering everything presented and more.

You have prophets like The Buddha, Jesus and Mohammed. You have scientists like Darwin, Newton and Einstein. You have social workers like Ghandi, King and Mandela. Though they are different, though they can disagree, they have one thing in common: They were great thinkers who contributed to the never ending search for the truth.

Pontius Pilate’s famous response to Jesus.

All these years later and we’re still trying to answer that question. Though we may never find that answer, we can turn to our great thinkers to get closer than we are. Join us as we highlight a few of the great philosophers who added to our collective wisdom. Click the pictures to learn more.
